Meerut Public School, Pallavpuram celebrated International Yoga Day on Sunday, 21 June 2026 with enthusiastic participation from staff members. Observed under the theme “Yoga for Healthy Ageing,” the programme highlighted the importance of yoga in promoting physical fitness, mental well-being, and a balanced lifestyle at every stage of life.
The session commenced with a brief introduction to the significance of International Yoga Day, followed by the practice of various yoga asanas including Tadasana, Vrikshasana, Bhujangasana, and Vajrasana, along with Pranayama. Participants performed the exercises with dedication and enthusiasm, embracing the spirit of wellness and mindfulness.
