'Yoga is the dance of every cell with the music of every breath that creates inner serenity and harmony.'

To bring balance between body, soul and mind, International Yoga Day was celebrated at MPS Pallavpuram on June 21, 2022.
The programme was conducted under the guidance of the Guest of Honour Dr Rohit Kaushik, Yoga Instructor, Dr. of Yoga (Y.D), Dr. of Naturopath (N.D), MBA.
Sir enlightened how yoga helps us to understand the purpose of life and how to survive in the changing environment. He added that yoga can play a major role in bringing people together with compassion, kindness, build resilience among people and foster a sense of unity. He said that apart from keeping the body fit and healthy, yoga also cleanses the soul. Thereafter, the invited parents, students and teachers participated in many ‘Yogasanas’. It was a treat to watch children and adults performing yoga for a healthy body and soul. The entire area reverberated with the soft and melodious music while everyone performed the ‘asanas.’
Madam Principal, Mrs Chitra Sharma, expressed her gratitude towards Dr Rohit Kaushik Sir and the parents. In her address she added to the valuable knowledge shared by Dr Rohit. She spoke about how through Yoga one can transform one’s life and maintain a balance between mind, body and soul and bring peace.
