As a part of MPS Group's commitment to support parents, a counselling session on Parenting and Wellness was conducted by MPS Pallavpuram on 5 May 2021. The objective of the workshop was to suggest strategies to help their child manage difficult feelings and to give concrete ideas on how to help children and parents cope and develop stress free routines in these trying times. The session gave an insight into how to help the child exhibit optimistic and confident social behaviours during any uncertain times.
Parents participated in the Wellness programme with full enthusiasm and interacted with the counsellor. They shared their concerns and were open to suggestions and tips for living a stress free life with their children.
