National Doctor's Day

National Doctor's Day is celebrated every year all across India on 1st of July to provide honour to the most famous and legendary physician as well as 2nd Chief Minister of the West Bengal, Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy.

To mark National Doctor's Day, students at MPS Pallavpuram expressed their gratitude towards doctors for their selfless services especially during the current Covid pandemic. Students participated in various activities such as role-play, show-and-tell, model making and so on. Students posed as doctors by putting on medical aprons, and explained the importance of a healthy lifestyle. Students wrote special messages for doctors to thank them for their selfless service. Teachers shared a PPT to bring awareness about the history and significance of this day. Sharing a few glimpses of the virtual celebration of the event.
