Believing that the richness and depth of celebrations express a culture accurately, MPS Pallavpuram virtually celebrated the festival of Lohri and Makarsankranti with a lot of exuberance and fanfare.The celebrations started with a speech highlighting the importance of Lohri and Makarsankranti.
Students showcased their vibrant talent through different activities.The dance performances by the students filled everyone with joy, thrill and inspiration.They gave vent to the festival theme by performing on lohri story, reciting poems and Boliyan.
Harsh weather failed to dampen the spirit of celebrations. The programme kicked off with "Lohri Poojan". All the educators also tapped their feet enthusiastically during the celebration.
Festival of Makarsankranti, was celebrated on the theme of Incredible India. Adorned in the attires of different states, the scholars exhibited solidarity in diversity. The celebrations culminated with the wishes forwarded by Madam Principal, Mrs Chitra Sharma for everyone's happy and bright future.
