A workshop on “Emotional Intelligence “was organized at Meerut Public School, Pallavpuram on 22nd February 2024 for the students of classes III - V
Ms. Sakshi Chandna, a certified psychological counsellor and certified CBT practitioner joined us as a guest speaker to enlighten the students about Emotional Intelligence”. She emphasized the need for mental health and wellbeing, anxiety and stress management. She guided the students about the emotions and its types, how the action speaks louder than words, how emotions affect the work, health and relationship of a person with others. Students displayed their inquisitiveness during the questionnaire round and cleared their doubts.
She also guided the students with the insights on reducing team stress and defuse conflict. The students learned a lot from the guest talk and came up with beautiful reflections of the lecture.
Madam Principal Ms Mukti Minocha expressed her gratitude for such an enlightening session for the students which will make them a better human being.
