MPS Pallavpuram organised an awareness session on Health and Hygiene, Health Insurance and Time Management for teachers and maintenance staff on 11 February '22.
A short awareness session was conducted on the personal health and hygiene by the nurse Ms Shalini Thomas. This session aimed at demonstrating the importance of maintaining good personal hygiene and illustrated the importance of comprehensive cleaning to maintain a good health and a better personality in a certain society.
A session on Health Insurance was conducted by the resource person Mr Ankit Sharma (admin and accounts) wherein, he guided about the importance of health insurance and explained about different policies.
In a session on Time Management, Academic Coordinator Mrs Priyanka Rastogi, elucidated to follow R. A. C. (record, analyse and change) method to manage time effectively and increase productivity. Through different activities, she taught how to manage time, improve work quality, increase productivity, lower the stress and build a positive work-life balance.
Madam Principal appreciated the resource persons for their presentations and the attendees for their active participation.
