MPS Pallavpuram celebrated Raksha Bandhan on August 11, 2022, with full zeal and endeavour that one associates with this auspicious festival.
An array of activities were conducted to make the students aware about the virtuous bond of love between a brother and a sister which is one of the deepest and noblest of all human emotions. Students unveiled their talent through Rakhi Making, Card Making and Thali Decoration activities. Our tiny tots of Kindergarten were no lesser they showcased their innovation through Doodle Art on theme Rakshabandhan.
In special assembly the story of Lord Krishna and Draupadi was told to throw the light on the significance of the festival.
The students also visited the place of Respected Shri Rajendra Agarwal, MP and tied a handmade and pious ”bond of protection” on his wrist and seeked his blessings.
Madam Principal, Mrs Chitra Sharma, appreciated the enthusiasm of the students and lauded their efforts.
The Innocent smiles brightened the ambience and lifted the spirit.
