Joining the worldwide celebration of International Day of Yoga, Meerut Public School, Pallavpuram celebrated International Yoga Day on 21st June 2024. The celebration was an effort by the school to promote health and well-being.
Students and Staff were made aware of how yoga embodies unity and balance in physical and mental health. During the session, children also discovered the sense of oneness with nature and the inner self.
The rejuvenating session started with introduction of yoga, warm up exercises, asanas, pranayam and finally meditation. Students were encouraged to regularly practice yoga which will surely help them to live a better life not only physically and mentally, but spiritually as well.
