Yoga Mahotsav Day-2 'Emotional Well Being'

'Yoga helps students improve resilience, mood, and self-regulation skills pertaining to emotions and stress.' Yoga provides training of mind and body to bring emotional and social balance. The current scenario is challenging for both teachers and parents, as well as for children. To foster a positive mental health status in children, parents and teachers, MPS Pallavpuram conducted a wellness session on Emotional Well Being. Guest Speaker- Dr. Ritu Kela Ma'am enlightened everyone with the meaning and importance of emotional and social well being through interesting and interactive stories. This counselling session equipped students and parents with the tool to manage their emotions and stress levels, while leaving them feeling empowered and self confident.
