Teaching is a profession where a person is always learning and keeping himself upto date to provide the best for their students. MPS group always tries to facilitate contemporary and new strategies to the teaching. Interactive workshops are being conducted for Kindergarten, where new methodologies and interactive teaching strategies are aimed at.
Keeping the legacy, *MPS Pallavpuram conducted 6th Interactive session for Kindergarten on January 07, 2023*. Academic coordinators and teachers of the kindergarten of all the branches of MPS Group graced the session with their presence. Team Samsara also joined virtually through google meet.
The session was conducted by *the Principal Pallavpuram, Mrs Chitra Sharma*. The topic of the session was *"Difference between Kindergarten approach and Montessori approach"*. Madam initiated her session with a *Brain Charger Activity* that made everyone elated and ready for the session.
The objective of the session was to make teachers understand in depth the difference between Kindergarten approach and Montessori approach - to plan precisely for monthly activities. Ma'am shared various best practices and circle time activities for better classroom management.
Afterwards the coordinators of all the wings of MPS Group, alongwith their teachers, shared the two best practices they are performing with their students.
Overall the session was very fruitful as all the wings got an opportunity to takeaway eachothers best practices and to make their teaching more effective.
