Believing that "Many ideas grow better when transplanted into another mind than the one where they sprang up" MPS Pallavpuram organised a Team Building Session on 22 March '22 for both teaching and maintenance staff. The session was conducted by MPS Group Counselor Ms Divya Goel. In her session, through different activities, madam explained that teamwork is the ability to work together towards a common vision. The ability to direct individual accomplishments towards organizational objectives. It is the fuel that allows a common to attain uncommon results.
The staff members participated enthusiastically and learned that when the workload is shared equally by members of a team and the tasks are allocated according to the strengths and skills of each team member, tasks are completed faster and more efficiently which results in a noticeable increase in productivity.
Madam Divya concluded the meeting with the motivating words that teamwork is important because it enables a team to share ideas and responsibilities, which helps reduce stress on everyone, allowing them to be meticulous and thorough when completing tasks.
