In order to protect and advance human health, preserving and enhancing the planet’s health MPS Pallavpuram celebrated World Environmental Health Day on 26/09/2022 on the theme ‘Prioritising Environmental Health for healthier communities in the global recovery.’
The central idea behind celebrating this day is that the health of the human race is irrevocably intertwined with the health of the environment.
A special assembly was conducted on this occasion wherein students shared their thoughts on healthy environment through a speech. Different activities were done by the students like seedling plantation, pot decorations, poster making competitions. Students have also made the green, black and blue coloured dustbins and explained their usage too.
Overall students learnt alot as World Environmental Health Day provides the students with a an opportunity to ponder on the issues of environmental health and their solutions.
