Keeping the belief that “A calm mind brings inner strength and self-confidence, so that’s very important for good health', MPS Pallavpuram organised sessions for the Wellness and Personal Grooming of the staff. The staff of Pallavpuram and Shraddhapuri were benefitted by the sessions conducted on 27 June, 2022.
The sessions were conducted by the two renowned personalities Ms Ritu Kaushik, registered Psychologist at Rehabilitation Council of India and Ms Tanu Singh, Director Sukkoon Salon and Academy.
Ms Ritu Kaushik, in her session, shared the valuable tips on controlling and stimulating happiness to make ownself feel satisfied, rejuvenated and more productive at the same time.
On the other hand, Ms Tanu Singh shared personal grooming tips with all which made the environment lighter. She gave the tips on skin care, personal grooming, appropriate attire and how to carry own self perfectly. The staff learned that both health and wellness are the most important things in our life. They impact how everything else happens and is received by us.
Madam Principal, Mrs Chitra Sharma appreciated the fruitful sessions conducted by both the resource persons.
The sessions concluded with the vote of thanks extended by the coordinator Mrs Priyanka Rastogi.
