Founder’s Day is traditionally a very important day in the school calendar when members of the school community students, staff and parents meet to commemorate those who founded the school and who have bequeathed resources to its development.
An atmosphere of celebration filled MPS Pallavpuram when revered management, parents, students and faculty members gathered to celebrate its second Founder’s Day on Monday, 28 February '22
The day began with the welcome of our honorable Managing Director Sir, Mr Vikramjeet Singh Shastri, and MPS Group Advisor, Mrs Richa Sharma, by our little scholars. They welcomed Sir and Ma'am by applying chandan tilak and offering a badge. Madam Principal, Mrs Chitra Sharma, felicitated the honorable guests followed by the lighting of lamp in front of the almighty to seek blessings.
The celebration steered forward with a rendition of the bhajan by the school choir which mesmerized the audience.
A pious hawan was organized where all the teachers, parents and students marked their presence. ‘Aahutis’ were put in the Havan Kund while chanting the sacred mantras. Bhajan sung by the staff members created the ambiance of spirituality in the premises. All prayed the God for the smooth functioning of the school in the new academic session. Hence, the Havan ceremony was performed religiously under the divine fervor and spirituality.
Honorable Managing Director Sir, in his interaction with parents, reflected not only on the beginning of the school but also on the significant development since the school’s inception.
The celebration concluded with the vote of thanks by Principal Ma'am and the distribution of prasad and sweets.
