On October 02, 2024 Meerut Public School, Pallavpuram commemorated the birth anniversary of India’s two most revered leaders: Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri . In remembrance of their contributions towards the nation and their enduring legacies we conducted a special assembly where the day started by giving tribute by Madam Principal to both of the revolutionary leaders & asked everyone to follow Gandhi Ji’s philosophy of truth and non-violent resistance. Students were made aware that Gandhi Ji’s legacy goes beyond the fight for independence; he advocated for social reform, upliftment of the marginalized, and communal harmony. As we celebrated Gandhi Jayanti, we not only honored his contributions to our nation but also reaffirmed our commitment to his ideals.
