Freedom is the open window through which pours the sunlight of the human spirit and human dignity.
Independence day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervor on 15th August, 2022 in the MPS Pallavpuram premises with respected guest Head Administrator MPS Group, Colonel Pramod Singh Attri, Madam Principal, Mrs. Chitra Sharma, staff and the students to mark the 75th year of freedom from the British rule.
On this special occasion, the programme initiated with the pinning of the badges to the guests and the flag hoisting by the Head Administrator of MPS Group, Colonel Pramod Attri and Madam Principal, Mrs. Chitra Sharma followed by the national anthem.
The programme continued by a musical rendition by the school choir which sang patriotic song that awakened everyone's feelings towards the motherland.
A plethora of activities were conducted to infuse the sense of patriotism in the students. Students of the primary section has presented a scintilizing dance performance and a patriotic fancy dress show was showcased by the Kindergarten students.
Colonel Sir and Principal ma'am addressed the staff and the students appealing their nationalistic spirit and urging them to take pride in being an Indian and fulfilling one's duty with responsibility. Sir also emphasized on the role of youth today as the true wealth of a country.
Indeed, it was a day of joy, a day to love and respect our country and make it a better place for Indians to live and experience the freedom, peace and unity in diversity.
