World Coconut Day is celebrated every year on 2 September. The main objective of celebrating this important day is to create worldwide awareness about coconut usage and it's myriad benefits.
MPS Pallavpuram celebrated World Coconut Day on 2 September 2022.The little ones were apprised of this wonder fruit because of the multiple health benefits and it's uses, that it provides to mankind.
Teachers along with children also proved the importance of this day by preparation of various coconut delicacies and setting up of a food stall. Tiny tots came attired in vibrant dresses and enjoyed at the beach scece created by the students of kindergarten.
The teachers briefed the children about the importance of coconut and coconut water, that it is highly nutritious and contains powerful antioxidants. In the end students were given goggles as a take away.
Overall it was a fun filled learning which boosted student's confidence and enriched their knowledge about coconut.
