With proper work-life balance, many people find they are more satisfied in their work. They are also more likely to stay in a company where work-life balance is a priority. Believing that work-life balance can help reduce stress, MPS Pallavpuram organised a session for administration department on the topic 'Healthy Life Balance on June 1. 2022.
The session was conducted bt the MPS Group counsellor Ms Divya Goel. In her session madam introduced the strategies to regulate distressed emotions and the strategies to cope up with the challenges. Through an array of activities madam focussed to understand the seven significant core areas of life and to identify the core ares which is imbalanced. The wholehearted participation of the staff and the interesting methodology used by Divya ma'am made the session a lively one.
Madam Principal, Mrs Chitra Sharma, extended her gratitude towards counsellor ma'am for the insightful session.
