Students of MPS Pallavpuram participated in an online session to mark the opening of Yoga Mahotsav 2021.The celebration commenced with the Lamp lightning ceremony by Principal Ma'am, Mrs Chitra Sharma, Academic Coordinator, Mrs Neha Singh and Teaching Staff. Honourable Managing Director, Mr. Vikramjeet Singh Shastri addressed everyone and gave best wishes on the occasion of opening of Yoga Mahotsav.
Videos and pictures of students performing various asanas were displayed online. Story of three little pigs showcased in a creative yoga poses was the major attraction for kids and parents. Major Dr. Poonam Lakhan Pal Ma'am interacted with students and parents wherein, Ma'am explained the benefits of Yoga and its effect on our physical, mental, and spiritual well being.
At the culmination, Principal Ma'am encouraged students to practice regular yoga to remain fit and improve concentration.
