Kickboxing is a full-body and high-intensity cardiovascular workout. It may appear to be all about developing physical fitness and learning techniques, but it also enables kids to learn valuable mental skills. Kickboxing classes also help kids increase their, improve focus and concentration, develop self-discipline, and build mental toughness. Learning a skill set while working on your fitness is an incredible way to spark self-confidence, and learning self-defense will always stand by you. Kickboxing requires constant movement, which helps relieve stress.It can diminish feelings of anxiety, depression, and anger.

Meerut Public School, Pallavpuram had a proud moment to felicitate our Champions for the credible achievements in the Meerut State Level Kickboxing Championship 2023 - 2024 tournament. The tournament was organized by Kickboxing Association of Meerut in Association with Department of Physical Education, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh Affiliated to Wako India Kickboxing Federation Recognised by Ministry of Youth Affairs And Sports, Government of India held at Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut. In the tournament 400 participants from 35 different districts had participated wherein, 16 students from our school had participated & bagged 6 gold medals, 8 silver medals and 3 bronze medals. Meerut District grabbed the first trophy.
