Tests and exams are an integral part of any education system. However, at MPS, we have endeavoured to make them stress free.
The scholastic session is divided into two terms. Each term ends with an examination. Marks obtained are recorded in the Result Card. Parents are expected to personally collect the Result Card of their wards on the Progress report Day.

Apart from the two term Examinations, two periodic tests are held. The child's performance at the end of the session is judged by the aggregate of the Two Terms along with the cycle tests. Attendance for all examinations is compulsory and no child is ordinarily exempted. As regards promotion and detention the decision of the Principal is final.
Keeping in mind the importance of regular interaction between the educational institution and parent of the child, a Parent Teacher Association has been established. Meetings are scheduled regularly in the school to apprise the parents of their ward's progress. The Association also provides an informal meeting ground of the people who hold the child's interest closest to their hearts. A mutual exchange of ideas and regular feedback about the child's performance would ensure all round development of the child. Generally two meetings are held every term, one at the beginning to satisfy parents' queries and the other after the examinations on the day of the result declaration.
IT IS MANDATORY FOR PARENTS TO ATTEND EVERY PARENT TEACHER MEETING AND INTERACT WITH ALL THE CONCERNED TEACHERS TO TAKE A COMPLETE FEEDBACK OF THEIR WARD'S PERFORMANCE.
