Meerut Public School, Ved Vyas Puri celebrated its 10th Founders’ Day with great pride, reverence, and enthusiasm, marking a significant milestone in the institution’s journey of nurturing young minds and upholding values-based education.
The programme commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp, followed by a floral tribute to the Founder, Late Shri Tarachand Shastri Sir, as a mark of deep respect and gratitude. he occasion was graced by Ms. Madhu Sirohi, Member of the Governing Council, MPS Group, who attended as the Chief Guest.
Senior Coordinator Ms. Jagandeep Kaur presented a comprehensive overview of the school’s establishment, growth, and notable achievements over the past decade. The celebration featured graceful dance performances, a melodious musical presentation, and a heartfelt poetry recitation titled “From Dreams to Flight,” beautifully reflecting the aspirations envisioned for the institution. A sacred Hawan ceremony further enriched the atmosphere with spiritual positivity and devotion.
In her address, the Chief Guest highlighted the importance of discipline, values, and dedication in shaping responsible individuals. Principal Mrs. Jyoti P. Vaidya expressed her appreciation for the collective efforts of the management, staff, parents, and students in carrying forward the institution’s vision. She also conveyed the blessings of Co-founder Mrs. Kusum Shastri, along with the best wishes of the Managing Directors, Mr. Vikramjeet Singh Shastri and Mrs. Ketiki Singh Shastri.
Adding to the joy of the occasion, alumni from the first batch (2020–21) were present and warmly interacted with the Chief Guest. They shared how the nurturing and value-driven environment of the school played a pivotal role in shaping their academic journey and personal growth.
The programme concluded on an inspiring note, reaffirming the institution’s commitment to excellence and motivating the entire MPS family to carry its proud legacy forward—to greater heights.
