Standard Operating Procedure For Registration/Admission Process (2026-2027)

The Academic Session runs from April to March. Registrations for the 2026-27 session open on 5 November 2025 and can be completed online through the 'Registration Link' on the official school website.
A written test will be conducted on a scheduled date, followed by an interview of the child along with his/her parents.
Admission will be granted purely on merit, based on the child's overall performance.
There will be no written test for admission to Balvatika 1, Balvatika 2, and Balvatika 3. Admission will be based on an interaction between the parents and the Foundational Stage Coordinator.
The Admission Form has to be duly filled with all entries and signatures.

Documents required at the time of Admission-

Birth Certificate of the student issued by the Nagar Nigam. (Attested Copy)
Report Card of previous class from the previous school.
Transfer Certificate from the previous school. (other than CBSE School, counter signed TC Required).
Aadhaar Card of Child, Father & Mother is mandatory at the time of admission.
3 passport size photographs of the student and 3 photographs with the parents.
Proof of Residence any one of the following:
- Voter ID
- Passport of either parent
- Electricity Bill
- Aadhaar Card
Attested copy of Caste certificate for SC/SC/OBC of Father/Student. (if applicable)

The last date of submitting TC is 30 April, 2025, otherwise admission will automatically be considered as cancelled.

NOTE:

For admission to Balvatika 1 the child should be three plus(3+) in April.
Un-affiliated school TC must be counter signed by local BSA's office at G.I.C
Kindly check & verify the records and submit them accordingly. No changes will be made in the school records post admission.
In the event of lapse in submission of proper documentation in the school accounts office by the given date, the admission will stand cancelled with immediate effect without any refund of the fee.
An Identity card is a mandate. New Identity cards will be issued for students every year.

Withdrawals:

For a child seeking withdrawal from the school an application for Transfer Certificate (TC) should reach the Principal's Office before 31 March.
Six months' fee is liable to be charged for withdrawal during mid - session.
All School Dues must be cleared before the issuance of the TC.

Dismissal Policy:

A student can be asked to leave the school on the following grounds:

Indiscipline or issue of third yellow card.
Unethical Influence, unsatisfactory performance or threat to security of school.
Non-payment of dues.
Repeated detention in the same class.
Short Attendance (less than 75%).
Bunking of school.
Vandalizing school property.
Misdemeanors of guardians (physical/verbal violence) or forced entry as a mob into the school premises without identification & relationship to the student.
