Drug addiction among the youth has become a worldwide problem in the modern times. It is a threatening social concord. Observing the rampant increase in the rate of drug addiction the government of India has taken an initiative to motivate the future leaders of the society to ‘SAY NO TO DRUG, YES TO LIFE’.

Keeping the same proposition, a special assembly was conducted in Meerut Public School , Ved Vyas Puri on 1 October, 2022 to illuminate the educands to keep themselves away from this Vice.

An emphatic speech was delivered to aware the students about how the drug addiction starts unknowingly and turns into an irresistible habit, the poor impact of drugs both on physical and mental health and the ways to keep away from drugs, which is surely a silent killer.

The students pledged to remain away from drug intake and will also motivate the young people around them to come out from the clutches of drug abuse. Everyone stood together with the unified voice, ‘SAY NO TO DRUGS, YES TO LIFE’.
