Mother Earth Day 2020

On the occasion of International Mother Earth Day, a plethora of activities were conducted virtually on 22 April 2020.

In which the students vowed to protect the planet in every possible way.

One of the activities was plantation drive wherein the students of Middle-Wing sowed seed and planted saplings with fervour and gusto. The activity set one's sights on creating awareness regarding the innumerable advantages of trees as well as the sense of love towards nature. The saplings stood tall, making the air a lot purer and made the drive a great success by creating hope for a better future. Some of them displayed their artistic skills in showing their concern towards nature.

Not only the students, these activities were utilitarian for the family members too.

The students made handmade signs for the switch boards to remind everyone that every drop counts.

In order to show their devotion towards the Mother Earth, the students of class 11 portrayed their personal experiences on how one can help in conserving nature and protecting the environment.

MPS Vedvyaspuri has always been able to instill the love for nature amongst the MPSiets.

The Virtual Celebration of International Mother Earth Day and the enthusiastic participation of the students of Meerut Public School, Vedvyaspuri is an exemplification of 'You Reap What You Sow'.
