Special Assembly on Mahavir Jayanti

Mahavir Jayanti is commemorated as the birth anniversary of Lord Mahavira.

To celebrate the auspicious day , a special assembly was conducted by MPS VVP where students learnt about the life and noble teachings of Lord Mahavira. The young impressionable minds pledged to live a righteous life and follow the ethical principles of Jainism, including Ahimsa- causing no harm to living beings, Satya- to speak the truth, Asteya - not to posses the things that do not belong to you, Brahmcharya - not to indulge in sensual pleasures and Aparigraha - not to get attached to material things.

The assembly culminated with the chanting of Namokar Mantra by the school choir.

Our respected Principal Sir apprised the students about the teachings of Lord Mahavir.
