Motivational Session to Join Armed Forces- Nation First

Meerut Public School, Ved Vyas Puri organised an inspiring motivational session on joining the Armed Forces, based on the theme “Nation First”, for the students of Classes VIII, IX and XI. The session was conducted by Ms. Avni, a distinguished alumna of the school, who returned to her alma mater to share her inspiring journey.

Selected for the prestigious NDA 154th Course, Ms. Avni secured an All India Rank 209 (Girls AIR 21), was recommended at 33 SSB, Bhopal, and joined the National Defence Academy, Pune on 21 June 2025.

During the session, she spoke passionately about her aspiration to serve the nation and explained the pathway to becoming an officer in the Armed Forces. She highlighted the importance of academic excellence, physical fitness, mental resilience, discipline, and leadership, while also familiarising students with the competitive examinations and structured selection process.

Reflecting on her school days, Ms. Avni acknowledged the pivotal role played by MPS, Ved Vyas Puri, in shaping her values and personality. She credited her teachers, co-curricular exposure, and the school’s disciplined environment for keeping her focused and determined.

The session proved to be deeply motivating, inspiring students to remain goal-oriented, resilient, and committed to national service. TConcluding the programme, Principal Ma’am addressed the students with words of wisdom, encouraging them to pursue their aspirations with integrity, dedication, and a strong sense of national responsibility, as together we move forward—To Greater Heights.

Career Counselling Session

Meerut Public School, Ved Vyas Puri, had the privilege of hosting CA Rajeev Gupta for an insightful and interactive career counselling session with the students.
Mr. Gupta shared his vast professional experience and knowledge, offering deep insights into the dynamic world of commerce, finance, and career opportunities. He motivated students by sharing his personal journey, helping them identify their strengths, set achievable goals, and prepare effectively for future challenges.
Through engaging interaction and real-life examples, he not only addressed the queries of the students but also inspired them to think critically and purposefully about their career choices. The session proved to be both informative and inspiring, leaving students more confident and aware of the diverse avenues available in their academic and professional journey.
The session concluded with an address by the respected Principal Ma'am, Ms Jyoti P. Vaidya, who expressed gratitude to Mr. Gupta for sharing his expertise and motivating presence. Her words reinforced the importance of career planning and encouraged students to pursue goals with dedication and confidence, paving the way To Greater Heights.
