School Rules & Regulations

General Rules

  • Students must come to school in proper school uniform with the School Identity Card. The uniform is compulsory at all school functions, Parent-Teacher Meetings, and on any visit made to the school during working hours.
  • Students must be punctual. Reporting time on all days is five minutes before the first bell. Entry will not be permitted thereafter.
  • At the first bell, students should proceed to the assembly area in absolute silence. At the second bell, the assembly will commence.
  • Movement between classrooms during change of periods must be orderly and silent.
  • Students are not allowed to receive visitors during school hours. Lunch or tiffin boxes will not be delivered to the student under any circumstances.
  • Students are prohibited from bringing objectionable literature or materials to school.
  • The use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited within the school premises. Any confiscated device will not be returned.
  • The use of mehndi, jewellery, expensive watches, or cosmetics (including kajal) is not permitted. Boys are expected to keep their hair short and neat.
  • Students must maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
  • School property must be treated with care. Writing on walls, desks, or damaging any property will be considered a serious breach of discipline.
  • The decision regarding section allocation or change of section rests solely with the school authorities and will be made in the best interest of the student. Requests for change of section will not be entertained.
  • Students are expected to converse in English while in the school premises.
  • Disobedience, disrespect toward teachers, use of inappropriate language, or any behaviour that jeopardizes the safety or discipline of the school may lead to strict disciplinary action, including dismissal.
  • Bunking school or leaving the campus without permission will result in severe disciplinary action.
  • The school shall not be held responsible for any unforeseen accident, illness, or mishap that may occur during school hours or school-organized activities.
  • Parents’ attendance at Parent-Teacher Meetings is mandatory.
  • Only parents will be entertained during PTMs.
  • The school discourages private tuition. If absolutely necessary, parents are advised to consult the Principal.
  • Decisions regarding promotion or detention are final and rest with the Principal.
  • Students riding a two-wheeler to school must wear a helmet and possess a valid learner’s license/driving license as per legal requirements. The school reserves the right to restrict entry if safety norms are not followed.
  • Parents entering the school premises must carry their Parent Identity Card.
  • No half-day or short leave will be granted during examinations or assessments.

Guidelines for Parents

  • Regular attendance greatly enhances learning. Parents are requested to ensure punctuality and regularity.
  • Kindly ensure that your child has a light, healthy breakfast before coming to school.
  • Spend quality time with your child daily. Encourage discipline, responsibility, and organization in personal belongings.
  • Students are not permitted to leave the school during school hours.
  • Avoid sending expensive items or valuables with your child.
  • No visitors will be allowed to meet students during school hours.
  • A leave application must be submitted for any absence immediately upon rejoining school.
  • Any change in address or contact number must be communicated to the school in writing promptly.
  • Parents are requested not to criticize school authorities or staff in the presence of their children and to encourage respect for teachers and elders.
  • Parents are advised to monitor their child’s activities, peer group, and overall conduct outside school.
  • Students below the legally permitted age must not drive motor vehicles.

Fee Rules

  • Fees to be paid regularly by the 10th of the specified month at the school/bank in cash only.
  • School Fee has to be paid for twelve months.
  • If the school Fee is not paid for three consecutive months, the name of the child will be "Struck Off" the rolls on account of nonpayment of Dues. Re-admission will be granted only at the discretion of the Principal on payment of Rs. 500/- .
  • The School and the Bank hold no responsibility in event of any discrepancy in fee deposition due to an error in filling of the Name, Class, Section or mention of the wrong admission number by the Parents/Guardian or the students.
  • During holidays of the school, the Bank does not stop taking payment of fee. They have their own holidays as per the Bank schedule; hence, fee can be deposited on all days except Sundays and Bank Holidays.
  • School does not hold any authority over the working schedule of the bank timings. Parents must kindly adhere to the bank timings.
  • Dates of fee collection in the Bank/School will not be extended in the event of holidays. No extra days will be permitted in lieu of the holidays. Parents are hence, requested to make arrangements accordingly, to avoid late fee fine payments.
  • In case the student's name is appearing as a defaulter, the student would be required to show the fee booklet for clarification.
  • A late fee fine of Rs.50/- in the first month and the multiples of Rs.50/- will be charged in the consecutive months if the fee is paid after the due date.
  • Name, Adm. No., Class and Section of the student must be filled in correctly and legibly on the Fee Book.
  • Duplicate Fee Booklet will be issued only after the payment of Rs. 50/- after obtaining a certificate from the Administrative Office.
  • Fee must be paid as per the directions given on the assigned days to avoid penalty.
  • The school offers a discount of 10% on the Tuition Fee only on advance fee payment by the 10th April for the complete session.
  • Annual charges have been bifurcated in three installments: in the months of April, July and August for parents' convenience.
  • Rules for Leave

    • A student is expected to be regular in attending school. Hundred percent attendance is expected from each student.
    •  A student absent on the previous day must submit a Leave Application signed by the parent the next day to the Class Teacher.
    • 90% attendance is mandatory for promotion to the next class.
    •  No Half Day or Short Leave will be granted to the student even on examination & cycle test.
