*"A girl child is a pride and the future of the nation. Empowering your girl child means empowering your future."*

We at *Meerut Public School, VVP* believe in spreading the awareness about the inequalities faced by girls in Indian society and also enlightening the them about their rights. We firmly believe in promoting female education, health and nutrition.

To execute the same, *_National Girl Child Day_ '* was observed on January 24, where students of classes 1 to 5 prepared attractive posters to apprise everyone about the education and growth of girl children in India .

Thereafter, a mesmerising Role Enactment was showcased by the girls depicting various prominent personalities from different profession. These little girls in attractive costumes vocalized influential words that stole our hearts and gave the message to the society to uplift the girls in the field of education.

Our school principal Mr. Rajeev Goel Sir appreciated each and every participant for their commendable job.
