Baisakhi Celebration

Festivals bring joy and happiness. Baisakhi is an important harvest festival of Punjab.

Keeping this in mind, vigorous learners of Kindergarten celebrated this day with full zeal and fervour. The event started with the chanting of ‘Mool Mantra- Ek Omkar’ in order to offer prayers on this auspicious occasion. Teachers threw some light on the significance, historical background and relevance of Baisakhi by showing them short video clip.

Students were dressed in traditional Punjabi Attire and danced on the tune of folk dance.

The engaging & fun filled activities were planned in such a manner that they get connected to the culture & celebration whole- heartedly.

It was an exhilarating experience for the students.
