Halloween Celebration

Halloween is the most awaited festival of the year. Halloween, also known as All Hallows' Eve, is an annual celebration of fears and spooky things. Every year, it is celebrated on October 31. Halloween is all-age inclusive, from kids to adults, everyone enjoys this festival. The history of Halloween goes all the way back to a pagan festival called Samhain. Hundreds of years ago, people dressed up as saints and went door-to-door, which is the origin of Halloween costumes and trick-or-treating.

Halloween, now a global festival, was celebrated on October 28, 2021 in MPS, Vedvyaspuri. The grand celebration saw students of class 3, 4 and 5 dressed up in spooky Halloween costumes. The students came dressed up in various outfits to mark the welcoming of good spirits and driving away bad spirits in their lives.

The fun party was hosted to help students pursue education in a fun-filled manner and encourage them to appreciate differences in culture and customs and also to make them aware of global festivals and values. The students were told the significance of celebrating Halloween. Dance, quiz, games were the integral part of the Halloween party. The venue was decked up with Halloween themed decoration. For all the students, it was a thrilling experience that took them to the western world.
