Mahatma Gandhi , The people's person who propounded the Principle of Non Violence was born on 2nd October. To pay tribute to Gandhi Ji, MPGS Shastri Nagar celebrated 152nd birth anniversary of the father of the nation.

On this occasion a special assembly was conducted. Madam Principal along with the faculty members offered flowers to Gandhi Ji. A student delivered a speech highlighting the philosophy of Gandhi Ji. Madam Principal also motivated all through her words of wisdom.

An Interhouse Hindi Debate was also organised on the topic " Gandhi Ji ke Kuteer Udhyog mashinikaran ke yug mein sarthak hai !"

All the participants of the four houses mesmerized the audience with their erudite words and oratory skills.

Gargi House stood first, second was Ahilya House. Aishwarya Singh and Shreya Singh of Gargi House were declared the best speakers for and against the motion respectively.

Madam Principal congratulated all the winners and the participants.
