Meerut Public Girls’ School, Shastri Nagar commemorated Kranti Diwas on 9 May 2026 with patriotic spirit and pride, aiming to create awareness about the sacrifices and valour of India’s freedom fighters.

The campus resonated with patriotism as students dressed as soldiers and renowned freedom fighters, bringing history to life. Teachers further enriched the celebration through informative documentaries and inspiring narratives highlighting the significance of Kranti Diwas and the contributions of national heroes.

Interactive activities and discussions encouraged students to imbibe the values of courage, unity, and patriotism in an engaging manner. Students and teachers also visited Shaheed Smarak to pay tribute to the martyrs and honour their supreme sacrifices for the nation.

The programme concluded with patriotic thoughts shared by students and a solemn pledge to serve the nation with honesty, dedication, and responsibility.
