Investiture Ceremony 2021

A leader is someone who has the capability to turn every difficulty into opportunity and can sail the ship even in the storms.

MPGS Shastri Nagar organized Investiture Ceremony on the virtual platform on 30 July 2021.Mrs. Sapna Ahuja, the Principal , welcomed the Chief Guest , Major General B.S. Panwar ,Mr. Vikramjeet Singh Shastri, MD MPS Group , Mrs. Ketiki Singh Shastri, Director MPS Group and Mrs.Richa Sharma, Advisor MPS Group. The event commenced with the lighting of the lamp followed by a scintillating dance performance.

The proud parents pinned the badges to the students. Then Madam Principal administered the pledge of loyalty and commitment to the newly elected council members- Sanjeevani Gupta - the School Captain, Srishti - the Vice School Captain, Aditi Goswami - the Sports Captain, Khushboo- Vice Sports Captain, Iti Bhardwaj - Ahilya House Captain, Gauri Gupta- Gargi House Captain , Risha Jamshed - Maitreyi House Captain, Anjali Tomar- Sarojini House Captain and the Presidents and the Vice Presidents of all the clubs along with all other council members.

The Chief Guest Major General B.S. Panwar motivated the students with his erudite words. He emphasized that ability to learn is good but willingness to learn is more important and leadership starts with a single but steady step. Mr. Vikramjeet Singh Shastri, MD MPS Group also congratulated the new council and asked them to perform their duties diligently and honestly. He also advised them to make honesty and integrity the part and parcel of their being .Mrs. Richa Sharma, Advisor MPS Group infused the students with the values to bear their responsibilities effectively and to set an example for other students through their actions. Madam Principal greeted and expressed her gratitude to all.

The School Captain also addressed the gathering showing her gratitude. Her mother also expressed herself admiring the school's endeavours to develop the talents and the skills of the students even during the pandemic.

The event was hosted by Ms. Chinmayee Pandey.

The programme culminated with the National Anthem.
