Fit India Week

Fit India Movement is a nation-wide campaign that aims at encouraging people to include physical activities and sports in their everyday lives. Keeping all this in mind, MPGS Shastri Nagar celebrated FIT INDIA SCHOOL WEEK from 14 December 2020 to 19 December 2020. A Virtual Assembly was conducted where the students performed Fun and Fitness activities. Yoga, Open Mic Competition, Brain Games and Poster Making activities were conducted. The students played Chess too. Essay writing followed by an Online Quiz Competition was organised.

A Virtual Challenge between the students and teachers was conducted. Activities like Spot Jogging and Ball Dribbling were organised.Children participated in the activities like Draw A Ladder On Floor with chalk and crayons. KG section enjoyed Fit India Active Day with their family members.

Thus these activities will be beneficial for students by helping them to stimulate their minds and improve academic success.
