Echoes of Conservation: International Tiger Day Celebration

MPGS, Shastri Nagar, commemorated International Tiger Day to raise awareness about wildlife conservation and the importance of protecting endangered species. The programme encouraged students to understand the role of tigers in maintaining ecological balance and the need to conserve their natural habitats.

As part of the observance, students watched the educational documentary "How the Tiger Got Its Stripes," which introduced them to the significance of tiger conservation in an engaging manner. The programme also included bookmark making, mask making, and a quiz competition, encouraging students to explore the topic creatively while enhancing their understanding of wildlife.

Inspiring the students toward active conservation, Principal Mrs. Sapna Ahuja highlighted the importance of protecting biodiversity and conserving natural resources for future generations. She encouraged students to adopt environmentally responsible practices and contribute towards building a more sustainable future.
