A brave, frank, clear-hearted, courageous and aspiring youth is the only foundation on which the future nation can be built. - Swami Vivekananda Meerut Public Girls' School, Shastri Nagar feels immense pride and joy to share with all that its talented and enthusiastic students grabbed the second position in the Yuvamanthan G-20 2023 organised by Meerut Public School, Main Wing on 5 August 2023. The teams of around 11 schools were assigned to different nations to express their views on the topic "Climate Change and Risk Reduction Making Sustainability the Way of Life" as the Head of the Nation, the Finance Minister and the Sherpa. The team MPGS, SN was showered with a lot of admiration and accolades for their outstanding performance and appearance representing Japan and South Africa. Noera Khan as Sherpa of Japan secured the first position while Shrishti Bhardwaj as the Finance Minister of South Africa grabbed the second position. Team Japan was proclaimed the second winner overall. Kuhu Guni, Tanishka Sharma, Niyati Dawra and Arushi were also appreciated and felicitated with the certificates for their commendable performances. Indeed such participations and victories play a vital role in personality and character building of the youth and that eventually builds a nation.
