Meerut Public Girls' School Shastri Nagar organised Samvaad The 2nd Annual Principals' Conclave on the theme 'Biannual Class X CBSE Board Exams from the Academic Year 2025-26' on 11 July 2025 at The Convention Hall of the MPS Group, West End Road Meerut Cantt. Meerut.
The event commenced with the green welcome of the Presiding Dignitary & Chief Guest Dr. Sanyam Bhardwaj, Controller of Examinations CBSE New Delhi and Ms. S. Dharini Arun, Regional Director, CBSE, Noida followed by the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by the Chief Guests, the management and the principal. Before moving on to the further proceedings, all the dignitaries paid a heartfelt tribute to the visionary Founder Chairman of MPS Group Late Shri Tarachand Shastri Sir for his great contribution to the society by providing quality education.The rocking performance of the school band Rhythmic Rockers electrified the ambience with positive vibes and enthusiasm. Madam Principal Mrs. Sapna Ahuja prefaced the Chief Guest and the other dignitaries.The Principals and the coordinators of around three hundred schools attended the conclave.
The Ace Achievers of the MPS Group, who brought laurels to the group by their spectacular achievements cracking the various competitions like NEET, CLAT, JEE, CA Foundation,CUET etc. were felicitated by the Chief Guest Dr. Sanyam Bhardwaj.
The Samvaad Session began with the presiding speech of the Chief Guest followed by an Open House Session with live Q&A featuring insightful discussions.The interaction between the Presiding Dignitary Dr. Sanyam Bhardwaj and Principals & the coordinators of the leading schools of the city along with the parents clarified the concept of Biannual Class X CBSE Board Exams as per NEP. The Key points of the concept were discussed.
The event culminated with a token of gratitude and vote of thanks proposed by the Principal & City Coordinator CBSE Mrs. Sapna Ahuja followed by the National Anthem.
Indeed, the session provided a platform for educators to engage, share and learn from each other. It helped fostering a sense of community & collaboration among all the stakeholders with valuable insights and takeaways for future educational endeavours to reduce the stress of the students regarding exams.
