Earthquake Drill

Life is uncertain but we need to be certain to be prepared for any uncertainty .

Learning life skills is no less than wearing a life jacket to be protected from the tempests of life. MPGS Shastri Nagar conducted a Mock Drill to evacuate the building during an earthquake . At first, the teachers updated the students with the safety measures to be taken during an earthquake like if they don't get time to run out of a room or classroom they should sit under a table, they should cover their head with their arms, they should be away from windows, they should stand in a corner of the room covering their head, they should remain calm etc .

After that they were instructed how to evacuate the school in such a condition. With the ringing of bell as the signal the drill started. Students quickly evacuated their classes as per the evacuation plan shared with them. It was implemented by the students successfully and smartly. It took hardly less than 3 minutes to evacuate the school building.

The school is always committed to make its students all rounder who can be an asset to the society along with their individual accomplishments.
