Vijayadashami Celebration

Vijaydashami is the mark of the victory of good over evil. That gives an apparent message to imbibe ethics in all and to move on the right path.

MPGS Shastri Nagar celebrated Vijaydashami with great fervor and festivity.

The celebration started with the green welcome of the Chief Guest Dr. Naveen Chandra Lohani, HOD, Hindi, C.C.S. University, Meerut, and Mrs.Madhu Sirohi, Executive Member, The Governing Council, MPS Group by Mrs. Sapna Ahuja, the Principal by according pious Tulsi saplings as the token of respect. Then all the dignitaries invoked the Almighty by the lighting of the lamp followed by the preface of the Chief Guest.

The melodious nightingales of the school mesmerized the audience by reciting Ram Katha. A musical presentation of the Ramayana was staged by the students of the Primary Section. The students showed the victory of good over evil by presenting the destruction of Dashanan's arrogance.

The Chief Guest Mr. Naveen Chandra Lohani wished everyone a Happy Vijayadashami and appreciated the performances of the students. Mrs. Madhu Sirohi Ma'am also admired the event and highlighted that it is a great festival to get inspiration to walk on the path of religion, conscience, and truth by abandoning ego and arrogance.

The students of the Primary Section enthralled the audience by presenting Garba on the rhythmic symphony in the Grand Finale. Madam Principal proposed the vote of thanks and motivated all to inculcate the attributes of Ram in life. The event culminated with the national anthem.
