A CBSE Workshop For Teachers

Good financial management is good life management. Finance is the pivot of all activities of life and in this digital age, digital literacy is the twin of financial literacy.

A CBSE workshop on Financial Literacy and the Use of Digital Tools under the "Hubs of Learning Scheme " under the leadership of Principal, Mrs Sapna Ahuja was conducted on 22 November 2022 at MPGS Shastri Nagar. Teachers from Ilam Singh Academy, Shanti Public School, P.G.M. International School, Vidya Global School, Mussoorie Public School and My Public School attended the workshop.

The event commenced with the green welcome of Dr Stuti P. Nijhawan, the Resource Person, by Madam Principal. The main objective of the workshop was to sensitize the teachers about basic financial planning and investment. Dr Nijhawan mentioned many important options for financial investment as Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, P.P.F. and N.P.S. etc. to help the teachers to stay updated to plan their future in a better way. Apart from this, She also told the teachers that they should invest their salary in such options from which they can get more benefits. She provided many other important financial information to the teachers.

Madam Principal Mrs Sapna Ahuja expressed her gratitude to Dr Stuti P. Nijhawan, the resource person and all the teachers present there. Ma'am also inspired all to take the advantage of the investment tips.
