AISSCE CLASS XII RESULT 2025-2026
Meerut Public Girls’ School, Shastri Nagar celebrated Raksha Bandhan through a combination of classroom creativity and a special interaction with personnel serving the nation.
Students of Balvatika I, II and III, along with the Preparatory Stage, participated in a Rakhi-Making Activity, crafting beautiful rakhis, expressing their creativity and affection.
Extending the traditional symbolism of Raksha Bandhan beyond the family, students tied rakhis to security personnel and soldiers as a gesture of appreciation for their service. They had the opportunity to meet Mr. Bhanu Bhaskar Ji, ADG Meerut, and Major General Sumit Rana Ji, GOC, Western Uttar Pradesh Sub Area, along with other distinguished officers, and conveyed their wishes on the occasion.
The dignitaries appreciated the thoughtful gesture and blessed the students, encouraging them to uphold the values of patriotism, respect and social responsibility.
Principal Mrs. Sapna Ahuja appreciated the initiative and highlighted how such experiences can help children understand the meaning of gratitude and the contribution of those who serve and protect the country.
The celebration connected the traditional bond of Raksha Bandhan with an expression of respect for the nation’s protectors, giving students a wider understanding of the festival and its significance.
