Commemorating Kargil Vijay Diwas

Meerut Public Girls' School, Shastri Nagar observed Kargil Vijay Diwas to honour the courage and supreme sacrifice of the soldiers who served the nation during the Kargil War. The programme aimed to help students understand the significance of the historic victory and the values of patriotism, courage, and national service.

As part of the observance, students watched a documentary that provided insights into the Kargil War, the challenges faced by the Indian Armed Forces, and the success of Operation Vijay. The programme also included paragraph writing and poster-making activities, encouraging students to reflect on the sacrifices of the nation's heroes through thoughtful expression and creative work.
