Healthy Lifestyle: An Inclusion of Ancient Wisdom in Modern Lifestyle

Special Session on Health and Wellness at Meerut Public Girls School, Shastri Nagar

On August 26, 2025, a special session on Health and Wellness was organized for students of Class 9 and 11 at Meerut Public Girls School, Shastri Nagar. The theme of the program was "Healthy Lifestyle: An Inclusion of Ancient Wisdom in Modern Lifestyle."

The session featured Ayurvedacharya Vaidya (Dr.) Abhay Narayan Tiwari, Director of Health Ayurveda and Wellness Centre, Lucknow, as the guest speaker. Dr. Tiwari emphasized on the importance of adopting a balanced lifestyle, consuming nutritious food, maintaining physical activity, and prioritizing mental health.

He also highlighted the significance of stress management, yoga practice, and natural ways to boost immunity. The students actively participated in the session and gained valuable insights on incorporating a healthy lifestyle into their daily lives.

The Managing Director, MPS Group, Mr. Vikramjeet Singh Shastri, and school Principal, Mrs. Sapna Ahuja, expressed Dr. Tiwari’s gratitude for his enlightening talk. They appreciated the session and emphasized on the importance of avoiding junk food and adopting healthy habits.
