Invoking Wisdom: Basant Panchami Observed at MPS Main Wing

Meerut Public School, Main Wing, observed Basant Panchami on Thursday, 22 January 2026 with solemn devotion to honour Goddess Saraswati, the embodiment of knowledge and wisdom. The observance aimed to reinforce cultural values and reverence for learning.

The programme commenced with a special morning assembly and Saraswati Pujan. A special prayer was offered by the Board students, seeking divine blessings for clarity of mind, confidence, and excellent performance in the forthcoming Board examinations. The assembly was further enriched by a devotional Saraswati Vandana, a thoughtful reflection on the significance of the day, and a poem recital.

Addressing the gathering, Dr. Alka Srivastava Gaur, Principal, emphasised the importance of disciplined learning and extended her best wishes to the Board students.

The observance concluded in an atmosphere of devotion, hope, and quiet joy, leaving students inspired and spiritually enriched, and making the celebration a memorable and meaningful experience for the entire school.
