Culmination of Daan Ka Sukh

Meerut Public School celebrated the culmination of the week-long grand event of JOY of GIVING on 22nd December in the school premises under the aegis of Amar Ujala Media Group for the needy people and orphan children with great excitement. Meerut City District Magistrate Shri Deepak Meena ji graced the occasion as the Chief Guest of this event. The program began with the kindling of the lamp. The school campus reverberated with festivity and gaiety. Enthralling dance performance and school band mesmerized one and all. Fun races and a lot of games were organised for the under privileged children. The young Mpiets, soaking in the spirit of benefaction, wholeheartedly donated toys, clothes, eatables etc. in various poor colonies, orphanages, temples, footpaths of Meerut for the last one week to the underprivileged with the help of teachers. On behalf of Amar Ujala Media Group, Chief Editor Mr. Rajendra Singh, Marketing Head Rahul Paliwal, Unit Head Mr. Rahul Chauhan were also present. Chief guest Shri Deepak Meena ji highly praised this initiative of Amar Ujala Group along with the participation of Meerut Public School Group and the efforts of the children.

 

The Co-Founder and vice chairperson of MPS Group- Smt. Kusum Shastri Ma'am graced this occasion and felicitated two disabled twin brothers Ayush Goyal and Piyush Goyal of Meerut division with mementos for their excellent social work in adverse circumstances and achievements in personal life. At the end of the program, cake was served to celebrate birthday of all the children. The Hon'ble Management of MPS Group, has always endeavoured to support such social causes in the past and are committed to create a rich learning experience where students learn to imbibe the global values of sharing and caring through these little gestures of charity and making a difference in our community. At the end of the program, School Principal Mrs. Alka Srivastava Gaur thanked all the dignitaries present and wished a bright future for all the children on behalf of Meerut Public School.
