Champions aren't made in gyms, champions are made from something they have deep inside them- a desire,a dream,a vision..

Greetings to all !

Sports is an extremely important component for overall development of our nation. So, to showcase the tremendous potential of our sports enthusiasts on a global platform and to revive the sports culture in India at the grass-root level by building a strong framework for all sports played in our country and establish India as a great sporting nation,National Sports Day was celebrated in Meerut Public School, Main Wing.

It is celebrated every year in India on 29th August to commemorate the birth anniversary of the Indian hockey legend, Major Dhyan Chand.On this day various sports competitions like Inter House Basketball Tournament , Table Tennis , Badminton, kho- kho, Roller skating, Chess and Mass PT were conducted . Sports achievements of the school were also highlighted during the morning assembly.Students were motivated to take up sports to keep themselves physically fit and mentally active.Our school has also received the Fit India School Certificate from MHRD.

The School Management has announced Neeraj Chopra Scholarship for students who play at the State and National Level.

The School Principal Dr.Shikha Koak motivated and encouraged the sports enthusiasts to regularly participate in various games and sports.
