Greetings of the day

The Summer Camp FUN N FITNESS was organized by Meerut Public School(Main Wing) from 17 May to 30 May 2022. The Camp provided a plethora of fun filled activities for the children after the pandemic.It gave them an opportunity to learn new skills and develop self confidence and express their creativity in various forms.

Every activity worth doing has a learning curve.

The Camp provided some activities in the following areas..

Music (Vocal & Instrumental), Dance (Western and Indian Classical), Skating, Aerobics, Basket, Ball,Table Tennis, Know your Veggies, Mini Swimming Pool and many more.

"Culmination is a celebration of everything learnt, gained and acquired."

The Closing Ceremony of the 14 days summer extravaganza was held on 30 May at Meerut Public School Group Conventional Hall. The Chief Guest Shri Diwakar Singh, Additional District Magistrate, Meerut, spring of positivity our Vice President Ma'am, Smt Kusum Shastri and our young and dynamic Director Ma'am, Smt. Ketiki Shastri graced the occasion with their benign presence.

The Culmination ceremony commenced with auspicious kindling of the holy lamp followed by enthralling Vandana performed by Kathak group. Each movement of the dancers expressed volumes. Further, the chanting of Sanskrit shlokas set the perfect ambience to begin the event.

The children showcased Yoga asanas and Aerobics followed by Contemporary dance with elegance and mesmerizing performance by students of Rock Band.

A Nukkad Natak was also presented by the Community Service Club which taught us the values of gratitude, compassion and empathy

In totality, the summer camp was earnestly appreciated not only by the School Principal, Dr.Shikha Koak, but also by the participants and their parents. The fountain head of all achievements, our Principal, Dr. Shikha koak and diligent teachers were flooded with praises for all performaces by our honourable chief guest, Mr. Diwakar Singh, ADM Meerut. He motivated our students to adopt a lifestyle that priorotizes physical activities and healthy eating habits along with academic excellence and enhancing presence of mind. The overwhelming acknowledgement through the reviews and feedback was a motivating factor for the entire MPS family.

The Summer Camp culminated with lots of unforgettable memories.
