40 Glorious Years

Meerut Public School, Main Wing completes 40 years of existence. Founders' Day marks the beginning of a new journey and one such journey began 40 years ago on 12 July 1982, and today, the school completes 40 glorious years of existence. Today, M.P.S. is a torch bearer in the field of higher learning, moving up the rankings in excellence. The school believes in continuously evolving through the adoption of the best practices in the education field with a strong focus on the growth of its students, faculty and staff. It has a lofty vision to be a renowned school in India, fostering excellence in education.

It is a part of the ritual in the MPS family to invoke divine blessings by offering prayers to the almighty. On the occasion of 40th Founders' Day sacred Havan Ceremony was performed.Religious hymns sung by all the staff members and students created the ambience of spirituality in the school, purifying the mind, body, soul and the environment. On this momentous occasion, Guru Ji’s presence and his blessings for the school and its members had made it serene and pious. Deep gratitude was expressed to our honourable Vice-President Ma'am, Mrs. Kusum Shastri and our respected Chairman Sir, Mr. Tara Chand Shastri. Token of sincere gratitude was expressed by presenting souvenir to venerable Managing Director, Mr.Vikramjeet Singh Shastri, and Director Ma'am Mrs.Ketiki Singh Shastri. On this auspicious occasion souvenirs were also presented to Prerna ma’am, Yojana ma’am, Anjana ma’am.All the Principals of the M.P.S. Group were also presented with a token of love and appreciation.” It’s a proud moment and a memorable day for us,” said Principal Dr. Shikha Koak. She further expressed her faith in the legacy and quality of education offered in MPS. The most prestigious award of the institution, Mrs. Kusum Shastri award for overall excellence was won by Pari Jain class XII G .The school Management also felicitated the teachers who had completed 25 years of their dedicated service. Felicitations for the administrative staff and support staff for their outstanding services for more than two decades also took place.

Managing Director in his address expressed his gratitude towards the staff and a deep desire to continue to strive towards greater heights. On this memorable eventful day, to provide high tech facilities, the school Management inaugurated Theatre-Studio, S.St. Lab, Badminton Court, German Language Lab and T.T. facility.

The programme culminated with distribution of prasad.

It is a tremendous boast for everyone at M.P.S. to strive and excel higher and aim for even bigger accomplishments in life.
